Capable of More Stories

Someone else
needs to hear it.

If the book, an article, the assessment, or any of these resources moved you and got you closer to your best self, that is a story worth telling. This is where they live, and where you send yours.

Why This Page Exists

Proof travels
further than advice.

Chris Sund reading You Are Capable of More

You can read a hundred books about becoming your best self and still wonder whether any of it works for someone like you. That doubt tends to go away the moment you meet somebody who did it. Not a celebrity, not a case study, just a person with the same schedule and the same fears who started anyway.

That is what this page collects, and it is not only about the book. Some people took the assessment and saw a number that stopped them. Some read one article at the right moment. Some heard a talk. What matters is not where it started. It is that something shifted and you acted on it, and writing it down gives the next person a little more evidence to work with.

What Makes a Good One

You do not need
a dramatic story.

01

The thing you finally started

The business, the degree, the conversation, the training plan. Whatever you had been putting off, and what it took to begin.

02

The doubt you stopped believing

The story you had been telling yourself about what you were not capable of, and the moment you found out it was not true.

03

The comeback nobody saw

The injury, the layoff, the loss, the setback. How you rebuilt, and what you would tell someone who is in the middle of theirs right now.

04

The person you helped

A teammate, a kid, an employee, a friend. Sometimes the best story is the one where you were the reason somebody else kept going.

Write it however it comes out. A few sentences is plenty. We read every single one. If you have a photo, of you, of the moment, or of you in your Capable of More gear, add it.

What Happens Next

After you
hit send.

Step One

Chris reads it

Every story that comes in gets read. Not sorted by a system, not skimmed. Read.

Step Two

We reach out

If your story is going to be published, you hear from us first. You approve the final version before it goes anywhere.

Step Three

It goes to work

Published here, featured on the community page, and sometimes shared on social so it reaches the person who needs it that week.

Keep Going

You are not
doing this alone.

The book gives you the ten principles. The free tools help you put them to work. The stories on this page are the proof that people just like you are already doing it.
