The Comfort
Ceiling Assessment.
Your comfort ceiling is not your limit. It is the place where your current version of yourself runs out of reasons to stay comfortable and starts getting invited to grow. Most people never notice it, because it rarely shows up as a dramatic moment. It looks like hesitation, avoidance, and settling into what feels safe.
Twenty five statements across five areas of your life. About five minutes. At the end you will see where your biggest opportunity is sitting right now.
How to Answer
Rate how true each statement feels for you, from 1 to 5. Be honest. This is only as useful as your answers are real, and nobody sees them but you.
Do it right here on your phone
Tap 1 to 5 on each statement. Your subtotal appears as you finish each area, and the moment all twenty five are answered you get your score, your five areas ranked against each other, and a clear read on where your biggest opportunity is sitting right now. It saves on your device, so you can come back in a few months and see whether the number moved.

A starting point,
not a grade.
Add the five subtotals together for a number out of 125. A higher score simply means comfort is shaping more of your decisions than you may have realized, which is useful information rather than bad news.
| Score | Where You Are | What To Do With It |
|---|---|---|
| 25 – 49 | Already Stretching | You are regularly choosing growth over comfort. Keep leaning in, and look at the one or two areas that scored higher than the rest. That is where your next opportunity is waiting. |
| 50 – 79 | Growing in Places | You are stretching in some areas and coasting in others, which is completely normal. Your highest scoring area is where the most opportunity is sitting right now. |
| 80 – 104 | Room to Stretch | Comfort is making more of your decisions than you might have realized. That is worth knowing rather than worth feeling bad about. Pick one area and one small action this week. |
| 105 – 125 | A Lot of Room Ahead | This number probably does not surprise you, and that is actually a good sign. It means you already sense there is more available to you. None of this is fixed. Start with the smallest honest step in your highest area. |
You did not hit your limit. You just found where it used to be.
Now decide
what is next.
A score only matters if it moves you. Acceptance is not giving up, it is acknowledging where you actually are so you can start working with it rather than against it.
Where to
go next.
