You are not
doing this alone.
More than nine in ten people believe they are capable of more than they are currently doing. You are surrounded by them. Here is how to find each other, help each other, and actually do something about it.
Six ways in.
None of them require anything from you except the decision to actually do one.
Send your story
If the book, an article, or one of the tools got you moving, write it down. Proof travels further than advice, and yours might be the thing that gets somebody else started this week.
Tell Us What Changed → 02Run it with your people
Four formats, from a one hour lunch and learn to a ten week program. All free, all with the words to say and the questions to ask. You do not need Chris in the room and you do not need permission.
See the Formats → 03Do the work yourself
Find the one thing most in your way and use what is built for it. Seven barriers, each with the reading, an exercise from the book, and something you can print.
Break the Barrier → 04Hand something to someone
Every tool here is free to download, print, and give away. Put a page on a wall, hand a worksheet to somebody who needs it, run an assessment with your team. Nothing is licensed and nothing needs asking for.
Get the Tools → 05Answer the survey
The research behind all of this came from people willing to say what was really getting in their way. It runs again, and what you say shapes what gets written next.
See the Research → 06Say something
Push back, ask a question, tell Chris he got something wrong, or ask about bringing this to your organization. The message goes to him, not to a team.
Get in Touch →The highest level of success is helping others become more.

Why There Is No Group to Join
Plenty of people would rather join something than change something, and a forum can become a very comfortable place to spend a year not doing the thing. That is not a knock on communities. It is an honest read on what often happens.
So this one works the other way round. The material is free and available today, and the way in is simply doing some of it. If you took the assessment and acted on what it showed you, you are already further along than someone who has been in a group since January.
Follow along
if you want.
Chris posts most days. Not a feed to keep up with, just somewhere to see the ideas turn up between visits.
Pick one and
do it today.
Not all six. One. The assessment takes five minutes and tells you where to point everything else.
To help people become the
best version of themselves.
That is the whole reason this exists. Everything here is free, because the point was never to sell you something. It was to give you what you actually need to become the person you already suspect you could be.
Run this with your people.
Four ready-to-run formats built on the same ten concepts. Every one is free, every one comes with the words to say and the questions to ask, and you do not need Chris in the room to use any of them.
When I’ve got something worth sending.
Just a story or an idea I picked up that I think will help you.
Sometimes that’s twice in a month. Sometimes it’s not for a while.
