Choose the sessions
your team needs.
There are ten concepts in the book, and each one is a session on its own. You do not have to run all ten. Tick the ones you want below and this page gives you back a running order, the page behind every session, and a free worksheet to print for every seat. Nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy.
Most programs hand you a fixed curriculum and ask your organization to fit it. This works the other way around: a room of shift supervisors does not need the same four sessions a sales floor needs.

Not Sure Which Ones
The assessment asks twenty five questions across five areas of your life and tells you which one to start with. Ten minutes on a phone, and nothing is sent anywhere.
Pick what your people
need help with.
Each one is a session on its own. Three or four makes a tight program. Six makes a strong one. All ten is the full book, and that is a real option too.
Your program,
in order.
The order is not the order you picked them in. The concepts build on each other, so this puts them back into the sequence they work in.
Run it.
Every session runs the same loop, whatever set you picked.
The Loop
Teach it for five minutes. Read the concept page out loud if you want to. There is nothing to memorize and no expertise required. The person running the session is a participant too.
Let the room think in silence. Hand out the worksheet for that concept and give people four minutes without talking. This is the step everybody skips and it is the step that makes it work.
Discuss at tables, not as a group. Four people talk honestly. Twenty people watch two people talk.
End on a decision, out loud. Every person names one specific thing with a date on it. The Promise tool does this in four minutes and nothing is sent anywhere.
Come back to it. A session that is never mentioned again was entertainment. Open the next one by asking who did the thing they said.
If You Want the Full Run of Show
The guides give you the whole thing written out, minute by minute, including the words to say and the exact question to ask. For a single session use the workshop run of show in sixty, seventy five or ninety minutes. For a full set, pick the depth that fits your calendar on the workshops page.
Progress does not come from knowing more. It comes from doing more with what you already know.
Or start from
your industry.
Some of the work is already done. These pages name which concepts land hardest in a specific environment and how to run a session inside that calendar.

When I’ve got something worth sending.
Just a story or an idea I picked up that I think will help you.
Sometimes that’s twice in a month. Sometimes it’s not for a while.
